I take wrapping and packing my ceramics seriously.  

The bee-hive wrap, void fill, double-wall boxes, even the packing tape offers structural integrity (and where possible eco-friendly).

It takes time to prepare your order for delivery. Within 24hrs of purchase, I'll confirm it’s ready to go.

GLOBAL DELIVERY

I only use DHL to deliver domestic and international. They have a ‘hand to surface’ policy for delivery and their customer service is excellent. 

I also get favourable DHL shipping rates, especially given the large box dimensions. Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout, contact me if you have any hesitation. 

You’ll receive notifications when your order is picked-up, in transit, and delivery confirmed. I also keep an eye on each delivery, will let you know if there’s a delay.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Better not be. 

If your piece arrives broken, I'm so sorry. Please email me photos of the breakage via your order receipt. I'll be devastated, but I’ll work out a way to either replace the piece or offer you a credit note to the value of the broken item.
