My ceramic pieces are wonky-perfect, show signs of the marks made while I hand craft. This means each will have their own colour, form, and surface idiosyncrasies. I check each piece for cracks, holes, and glaze fit.  

No two are the same. The piece you purchase is the piece you receive.

Each piece is then photographed without retouching.

RETURNS

I accept returns 7 days after your 'delivery complete' confirmation.

Please wrap and pack the piece in its original packaging.

Contact me via your order email, because I'll provide you with return shipping labels and my carrier details for pick up.

Should the returned item(s) be damaged (including in transit), this will void your refund.

REFUND

Contact me for a return/refund, I'll email you DHL shipping details. I will notify you when the item(s) arrive back in studio, and will issue a refund of the total amount paid on your respective order.
