Being in the moment asks all your senses to be present. 

It’s then you’ll notice small but magnificent things. 

Beautiful things.

Like when you take in the curve of a bowl,

your eyes and hands in concert find subtle textures.

So beautiful.

Or when every morsel has been served,

you don’t resist licking the juices off the platter.

Such a simple, single moment is transformative.
